After giving up sugary soda, i searched for a healthier way to satisfy my craving for carbonation. Sparkling water helped, but city water didn't meet my standards. That's when i started filtering and carbonating my own-- eventually finding a reverse osmosis system that delivered the purity i was looking for.
Today Only Carbon is produced by using well water that's softened, filtered through reverse osmosis and sanitized with uv and ozonation-- all before being canned in aluminum cans.
From my kitchen to commercial-scale production, the mission remains the same: to deliver clean, unflavored sparkling water. Just bubbles, nothing else.
